Occasius is named for a reason. An occasion isn’t just any event — it’s the kind of day people actually plan around. The kind they talk about after. That’s the standard every brief gets held to here.

We started in Raipur because this city deserves events that feel alive. Every event has a team behind it. A launch designer, decorator, photographer, hospitality specialist. Each one knows their craft inside out, and each one cares deeply about getting it right.. We don’t assign staff. We bring people who care about the outcome.

We stay deliberately small so every client speaks directly to the person managing their event. No chains of communication. If a decision needs to be made, it gets made fast.

Our Process

You reach out — form, WhatsApp, phone, whatever works. We ask a lot of questions. Some you’ll have answers to, some you won’t yet. That’s normal. We work through them together.Then comes the plan: vendors, timeline, run sheet. Confirmed well in advance, not the week before. On the day, our team is on the ground from first setup to last chair stacked. After it ends, we handle the wrap — photo handover, documentation, debrief — all delivered promptly. You shouldn’t have to chase anything.
